We train the people who rebuild Ukraine.
We teach practical construction and engineering trades on real equipment — free of charge and with no prior experience required. A separate track works with the institutions that manage reconstruction projects. Both are built on the standards of leading global companies.
OUR TRACKS
Two tracks of work.
Hands-on training
Drywall systems, painting and plastering, power tools and digital design. The training is short and practical: people work with real tools from day one. It ends with a certificate and an internship with our partners.
Institutional capacity
Programmes for public institutions and organisations delivering reconstruction projects. We help them build project management, embed international practice into their own regulations and train teams to work by those rules without outside support.
Both tracks matter equally. Trained specialists strengthen institutions, and capable institutions create demand for skilled people.
